What Men Ask Before They Book
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. This is pastoral coaching — faith-based consultation grounded in Scripture and clinical insight. It is not therapy or licensed mental health treatment. If you need clinical therapy, I will tell you directly and help you find the right resource.
Do I need to be a Christian to work with you?
No. Faith is the foundation of everything I do, but I have walked alongside men who were angry at God, men who doubted, and men who weren't sure what they believed. I meet you where you are. Honest is better than polished.
What if I've already tried everything?
Then you know what doesn't work. That's actually useful. The men I've seen make the most progress are often the ones who have run out of options — because they've stopped performing and started being honest. Start with the free call. See if this is different.
Do you accept insurance?
No. This is pastoral coaching, not clinical therapy, so insurance does not apply. Sessions are $125 for 60 minutes. The free 20-minute call has no cost.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Book the free call. You don't have to be ready — you just have to show up. I've never had a man regret showing up for that first conversation. I've worked with men who regretted waiting.
How do I know if this will work for me?
