Welcome to redefinedmission.com. By using this website, booking a session, joining Iron ReDefined, or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Who We Are
ReDefined Mission is a faith-based pastoral coaching and ministry organization founded by Jeffrey T. Crick, MAHSC, MMHC-BC, CpastC, CCLC, based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We provide pastoral coaching, Christian leadership consulting, community support (Iron ReDefined), digital products, books, and related content — all delivered from a Christian, faith-based perspective.
This is not licensed clinical mental health care. See our full Scope of Service for details on what we do and do not provide.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit false, harmful, or abusive content through our forms, prayer wall, or story submissions
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's normal operation
- Use content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission
Coaching Sessions and Bookings
- Free 30-minute discovery calls and paid $125 coaching sessions are booked through Calendly.
- Sessions are pastoral coaching, not therapy or licensed clinical treatment.
- Cancellations: please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
- Payment for paid sessions is due at time of booking unless otherwise arranged directly with Jeffrey.
Digital Products and Purchases
- Digital products (devotionals, kits, courses) are sold through Gumroad and are subject to Gumroad's own terms and refund policies in addition to these terms.
- Digital products are for personal use. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly republishing our content without written permission is prohibited.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Iron ReDefined Community
Participation in Iron ReDefined (free brotherhood community) is governed by the Community Guidelines published on the Iron ReDefined page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations — including breach of confidentiality, predatory contact, or promotion of unrelated products — may result in immediate removal from the community.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to written content, video scripts, the ReDefined Mission name, logo, and brand materials — is the property of Jeffrey T. Crick / ReDefined Mission unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our content but may not reproduce substantial portions without permission.
Testimonials and Story Submissions
If you submit a story or testimonial, you grant ReDefined Mission permission to use it in the format you specifically authorize (anonymized or attributed) across our website, podcast, and social media, as described at the point of submission. You may request removal at any time.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Coaching, community participation, and use of our digital products do not guarantee any specific personal, spiritual, or recovery outcome. Results vary by individual.
Limitation of Liability
ReDefined Mission and Jeffrey T. Crick are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, participation in coaching, or use of our digital products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Crisis Situations
This website and our services are not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911 for imminent danger.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
