ReDefined Mission (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through redefinedmission.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our website, including:

Contact and intake forms (Join the Mission, Contact, Work With Me): name, email, phone number, and any details you share about what you’re seeking.

Newsletter signup: your email address.

Prayer Wall submissions: your first name (optional), area of need, and your request. You may submit anonymously.

Story submissions: your name or alias, your story, and related details you choose to share.

Coaching session bookings: information collected through Calendly when you schedule a call, including name, email, and scheduling details.

Payment information for digital products or services, processed through Gumroad. We do not store your card details — Gumroad handles all payment processing.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prayer request, or story submission; schedule and conduct coaching sessions; send the newsletter and related ministry communications, if you opt in; improve our ministry resources and content; and maintain records consistent with pastoral care best practices.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website and ministry operations rely on third-party platforms, each governed by its own privacy policy: Squarespace (website hosting and forms), Calendly (session scheduling), Gumroad (digital product and payment processing), Kit/ConvertKit (email newsletter delivery), and ManyChat (social media messaging automation).

Prayer Requests and Story Submissions

Prayer requests may be shared with the Iron ReDefined brotherhood community, anonymized at your request. Story submissions are only used in the format you explicitly authorize (anonymized or attributed) and only for the purposes you approve at the time of submission. You may request removal of a submitted story or prayer request at any time by contacting us directly.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested or as required for legitimate ministry, business, or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email; request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; and withdraw consent for story or prayer request sharing at any time. Children’s Privacy

ReDefined Mission’s services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
