What's included

  • The Weight You Carry, a leadership inventory for every staff member: a few honest questions about the body, the heart, the load and the soul, with a next step for each score.
  • Pastoral Crisis Response Field Guide: the first ten minutes of an overdose, a suicide-risk conversation, an arrest.
  • The 2 A.M. Protocol: a one-page crisis plan every staff member knows, with 988, 911 and your local numbers.
  • A local referral map built for your town: detox, domestic-violence shelter, jail chaplain, counselors, crisis lines.
  • A 30-day start plan and a staff debrief, so it's in use within a month.
You'll know it's working when every staff member can answer three questions at 2 a.m.: who's on call, where the nearest crisis line and ER are, and who we call next.

What's included

  • Care Team, lay care training: four 90-minute sessions with role-plays, covering presence, the crisis protocol, walking with families who carry addiction and time behind bars, and care that lasts. Includes the covenant, role descriptions, request form, rota and certificate.
  • The ReDefined Man, Church Edition: eight weeks at the Iron Table for every man in the church, ending with each man commissioned into a role: mentor, table leader, care team, discipler.
  • The ReDefined Family: a weekly family meal night (HOME), small Tables for what families carry (someone still using, someone coming home, grandparents raising grandkids, grief no one talks about), a kids' track for ages 5–11, and a Sending liturgy.
  • Care Sunday kit: a pastor proposal, bulletin insert, pew crisis cards and sign-up cards, ready to print.
Twelve months in: a trained lay care team, men serving in real roles, and a weekly night where families bring their hardest thing.

Founding churches

The first ten churches lock their price for 24 months. One pilot church receives Tier 2 at the Tier 1 price in exchange for an honest testimony after the first season. Pricing outside the United States is set by country (40% or 15% of the US price), and national alliances can license the whole system for their network.

Tier 3, Open the Doors ($1,995 a year), adds The First Year Out mentoring, a welcome protocol for people coming home, a certified facilitator and a quarterly impact report for your board.
